Hi, I'm Achraf Ouahab

I build agentic AI systems that scale business operations on infrastructure you own.

Your business runs on rules you set, data you keep and infrastructure in your name. AI agents work inside all of it, and nothing goes out without your OK.

What AI agents change

Your software stores the work. AI agents can now do it.

Today, when a new lead comes in, someone reads it, types it into the CRM, writes a reply and sets a reminder. The software holds the records, but a person does every step. AI agents can now do those steps: read the lead, update your records and draft the reply, then ask you before anything is sent. How much they can do depends on what they can reach and whose rules they follow. On rented software, each vendor decides. On infrastructure you own, you do.

01 Without agents Every request · Every step · Your time

You do every step yourself.

Every new lead, email to plan, post to plan, page to fix, late project and website change lands on you. It waits until you get to it. Then you do every step by hand: read it, type it into your records, write the reply and set the reminder.

In the picture: six requests come in: a new lead from your website, an email to plan for your newsletter, a post to plan, a page that is low in search, a late project and a new form field for your website. Each one is marked "Waiting for you", and all of them lead to you. You take one request at a time, the new lead first, and do every step by hand: read it, type it into your records, write the reply and set the reminder. The other requests keep waiting.
02 With agents Coordinator Agent · Specialist agents · Your OK

Agents do the steps. You approve what goes out.

A Coordinator Agent hands each request to the agent that owns it: the Sales Agent, the Marketing Agent, the Content Creation Agent, the SEO Agent, the Project Management Agent or the Infrastructure Agent. They do the steps on infrastructure you own. Anything sent to a customer, published or paid waits for your OK.

In the picture: the same six requests go to the Coordinator Agent, which hands each one to the agent that owns it, on infrastructure you own. The Sales Agent adds the lead and drafts a reply, the Marketing Agent drafts Tuesday's newsletter, the Content Creation Agent drafts the post, the SEO Agent fixes the title on a preview, the Project Management Agent moves the deadline in the plan and the Infrastructure Agent adds the field on a preview. The reply is sent after your OK. The newsletter, the post, the title and the field wait for your OK. Moving the deadline needs no OK.
  • Agents that do the steps

On infrastructure you own, an agent can work in your own records: add a new lead to your CRM, draft the reply, move a task in a client project. It gets only the access its job needs.

  • Your rules, not a vendor's

You decide what each agent may do and when it must stop and ask you. On rented software, the vendor decides what an outside agent can reach, and can change it with a new plan.

  • What they build stays yours

When you need something new, like a new field on your leads or a new report, the Infrastructure Agent builds it, shows you a private preview and puts it live after your OK. The code, the data and every change stay in your name.

The numbers · 2026

Agents are moving into real work. Control decides how far they go.

Four numbers from this year's research: how fast AI agents are moving into operations, and what lets them scale.

40%

of large organizations (over $1 billion in revenue) say they are scaling AI agents, up from 27% a year earlier.

McKinsey · The state of AI, 2026

4×

as many large US companies are building or deploying multi-agent systems, where several AI agents work together, as a quarter earlier: 25%, up from 6%.

KPMG · AI Quarterly Pulse, Q3 2026

Agents are moving into real work, and control is what lets them scale. On infrastructure you own, that control is yours.

See what the agents do

The agentic AI systems

Agents that run your operations, build what you need and answer your customers, under rules you set.

In plain words

An AI agent is software that takes a goal, plans the steps and does the work in your software and records, instead of only answering questions. An agentic AI system is AI agents working for you: each one has one clear job, only the access that job needs and rules for when to ask you. Because your agents run on infrastructure you own, they work with your real records, under rules you set.

  1. 01 · Runs your operations

    The operations agents

The Coordinator Agent takes each request and hands it to the specialist agent that owns it. Each specialist agent reaches only what its own job needs, and anything that changes your infrastructure goes to the Infrastructure Agent. They run when you ask, on a schedule, or when something happens, like a new lead. Before anything is sent, published or paid, they ask you first.

    Coordinator Agent

    • Sales Agentyour leads and clients: qualifies new leads, drafts follow-ups and keeps your CRM up to date
    • Marketing Agentyour newsletter and announcements: plans each email, its channels and dates, and reports how it did
    • Content Creation Agentyour content plan: turns ideas into outlines, scripts and posts, and cuts clips from long pieces
    • SEO Agenthow people find you in search: tracks your searches, finds what holds a page back and fixes titles, descriptions and links
    • Project Management Agentyour client work: keeps projects and tasks moving, sends a morning brief and sums up your week
  2. 02 · Builds and changes your infrastructure

    The Infrastructure Agent

You describe a change in plain words: a new field on your leads, a new report, a new page for your customers. It builds and tests the change in a secure cloud workspace, shows you a private preview and puts it live after your OK. It also takes any work no specialist agent owns.

  3. 03 · Answers your visitors and customers

    The customer-facing agents

The Visitor Agent answers visitors from your own pages, at any hour, and hands each new lead to the Sales Agent. The Member Agent helps customers find what they paid for, and hands over to you when a person should answer. Both answer only from your own content and never make promises for you.

As your leads, clients and content grow, the follow-ups, posts and reports go to your agents instead of onto your desk, and you still approve anything sent, published or paid.

One rule for every agent. An agent writes down every step it takes. And before anything is sent to a customer, published on your website or paid, it stops and asks you first.

What they run on

The foundation your agents work from. Yours, not rented.

Your agents run on the Front-to-Back 3-Layer Infrastructure: a foundation in your name that holds your data, with three layers on top, one for each group of people your business serves. An all-in-one platform rents you its features on its prices and its rules. This infrastructure is yours, built around how you work.

  2. Member portal

    Middle · For your customers

Where customers log in and get what they paid for, under your name. The Member Agent helps them find it.

How your business runs today: the work that repeats, the handoffs and the work nobody owns.

  2. 02

    Plan

    Agree on what gets built

The agents you need first, the points where they ask you and the parts of the infrastructure they need. In writing, before anything is built.

The person behind it

Achraf Ouahab, founder.

What I do
I build agentic AI systems that scale business operations on infrastructure you own.
What I believe
A business should own what it runs on. AI agents do the repeated work, people approve what goes out, and what the agents build belongs to the business.
What I won't do
Put a platform between you and your business, or leave you dependent on me.

Because in the agentic era, what your AI agents can do depends on what they can reach and whose rules they follow. On rented tools, an agent connects to each tool through the door its vendor built, an API or an MCP connection, on that vendor's terms: part of the data, read only, or only on a bigger plan, and the vendor can change those terms. On infrastructure you own, your agents work with your real records under rules you set, the Infrastructure Agent adds what you need next, and the code, hosting and data stay in your name.

They take on the work that repeats, under rules you set. The operations agents run your operations from your admin portal. The Coordinator Agent hands each job to the specialist agent that owns it: the Sales Agent (your leads and clients), the Marketing Agent (your newsletter and announcements), the Content Creation Agent (your content plan), the SEO Agent (how people find you in search) or the Project Management Agent (your client work). Anything that changes your website or portals goes to the Infrastructure Agent, which builds and changes every layer of your infrastructure and takes any work no specialist agent owns. Nothing goes live without your OK. The Visitor Agent answers visitors from your own pages, and the Member Agent helps customers find what they paid for.

Each agent gets only the access its job needs. It writes down every step it takes, and before anything is sent to a customer, published on your website or paid, it stops and asks you first. This is called human-in-the-loop approval, and every agent I build has it.

The Front-to-Back 3-Layer Infrastructure, owned by you: a website for your visitors, a member portal for your customers and an admin portal for you, the command center, on one foundation that holds your database, file storage, email, payments and user accounts. Your agents work there with your real records, under rules you set.

A platform rents you its features: its prices, its limits, its rules, and your data inside its walls. The infrastructure I build is yours: the code in your own repository, the hosting in your name, the data in your own database. You can change any part of it, add what your business needs next, and move it whenever you want.

You own all of it: the code, the hosting and the data, in your name. Each month you pay the services it runs on directly, at their own prices: hosting, email, payment processing and the AI subscription your agents run on.

No. You describe what you need in plain words and approve private previews. The Infrastructure Agent does the building. At handover you get written documentation in plain language and a short training on how to work with your agents.

Done for you: I set up your agents and build the infrastructure they run on, then hand it all over. It starts with an application, and I reply in writing with a scope and a price. The details are on the What I build page.
